1. Who we are

Avexia Innovations Private Limited (“Avexia”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. Our registered office is at Level 9, Innovation Tower, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400051, India. For any question about this policy or your data, write to hello@avexia.co.

2. What we collect

We collect only what you give us, and only where you have chosen to give it:

• Enquiry details submitted through the contact form or the quote builder — your name, email address, and optionally company, phone number, practice area, indicative budget and the message you write.
• Newsletter sign-up — your email address only.
• Assistant conversations — messages you send to Avex, our on-site assistant, are processed to generate a reply. If you choose to share your name, email and area of interest during that conversation, they are treated exactly like a contact-form enquiry.
• Technical data — standard server logs including IP address and browser user agent, retained for security and rate limiting.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, government identifiers, health information, or any other sensitive category of personal data through this website.

3. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it. One email a month, unsubscribe in one click.
• To operate and protect the site — rate limiting, abuse prevention and diagnostics.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not build marketing profiles from it.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR or a comparable framework applies, we rely on legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries and operating the site securely, and on consent for the newsletter. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site sets no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. It uses your browser's own storage for three things, all of which stay on your device: your light or dark theme choice, a flag recording that the intro animation has already played this session, and your conversation with Avex so it survives navigation between pages. Clearing your browser data removes all of them.

The office map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies under Google's privacy policy when the map loads.

6. Third parties

• Hosting — the site and its serverless functions run on our hosting provider's infrastructure.
• Assistant — where the AI assistant is enabled, the text of your messages is sent to our language-model provider to generate a reply. Do not put confidential information into the chat.
• Enquiry delivery — submitted enquiries are delivered to our internal systems via a configured endpoint.
• Fonts — typefaces are served from Google Fonts.

7. Retention

Enquiries are retained for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation is live, and for up to twenty-four months afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for ninety days.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to hello@avexia.co and we will respond within thirty days.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will tell you promptly and tell you what we are doing about it.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
